Central Park

It was drawn from a photo I took when I was in New York. I ran up and down Central Park 4 times while watching he Saint Patrick's Day Parade. I did not pack for snow at all so I as soaking wet and freezing the whole time I was there. But I did like having the chance to see NY in the snow, and it made for a peaceful, slightly eerie photo. I though how the people watching the parade mirrored the statue of soldiers that was just out of the frame, to the left, was kind of bizarre.

People seem to like this one. I do to, though it could have been better. I painted it starting around 10 PM and ending around 7 AM, when I had to rush to school, shaking from overcaffeination, delirious, and maniacal. 

My theme this year, by the way, has turned into cities. Be prepared to see more.
